Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Obtain permission from the bank to access the property and confirm the cleaning schedule.

During Service

• Remove debris and trash from the interior and exterior of the property.
• Clean all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all appliances and plumbing fixtures are clean and functional.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walk-through with bank representatives to ensure all areas are cleaned to satisfaction.
• Document any damages or issues found during the cleaning process and report them to the bank.
• Secure the property (lock doors and windows) and leave a note or report detailing the cleaning work completed.

Local Requirements

• Compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Adherence to safety and health regulations regarding cleaning products used.
• Notification to local authorities if any hazardous materials are discovered during cleaning.
