Pre-Service Preparation

During Service
- Remove debris and trash from the interior and exterior of the property.

Post-Service Verification
- Conduct a walk-through with bank representatives to ensure all areas are cleaned to satisfaction.
- Document any damages or issues found during the cleaning process and report them to the bank.
- Secure the property (lock doors and windows) and leave a note or report detailing the cleaning work completed.
