Pre-Service Preparation
- Conduct an initial inspection of the property to assess the extent of the cleanup needed.
- Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (gloves, masks, trash bags, cleaning agents, etc.).
- Obtain any required permits or permissions from local authorities before starting the cleanup.
During Service
- Remove any hazardous materials (biohazards, chemicals, etc.) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Clear out debris and trash from the property, including items that can be recycled or donated.
- Deep clean affected areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces, to remove stains, odors, and contaminants.
Post-Service Verification
- Conduct a final walkthrough of the property to ensure all areas have been cleaned and cleared.
- Document the before-and-after condition of the property with photographs for records.
- Provide the property owner with a detailed report of the cleanup process and any recommendations for future maintenance.
Local Requirements
- Compliance with local waste disposal regulations for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
- Adherence to local noise ordinances during cleanup operations.
- Notification to neighbors if the cleanup may cause disruption or if large trucks will be present.
