Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Document the cleanup process with before-and-after photos for reference and accountability.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough of the property to ensure all agreed-upon cleanup tasks have been completed.
• Verify that all items have been sorted and disposed of properly according to local regulations.
• Provide the client with a summary report of the cleanup process, including recommendations for follow-up support or resources.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations for hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Check for any necessary permits required for large item disposal or construction debris removal.
• Familiarize yourself with local mental health resources to refer clients for additional support if needed.
