Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the date and time of the house emptying service with the client.
• Assess the size and scope of the house to determine the necessary equipment and manpower.
• Notify local waste disposal services about the upcoming emptying service, if required.

During Service

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to identify all items to be removed.
• Safely disconnect and remove any appliances (fridge, washer, etc.) as needed.
• Ensure all items are properly categorized for disposal, recycling, or donation.

Post-Service Verification

• Perform a final walkthrough with the client to ensure all requested items have been removed.
• Provide the client with a detailed report of items disposed, recycled, or donated.
• Clean the empty space, removing any debris or leftover materials from the service.

Local Requirements

• Adhere to local regulations regarding waste disposal and recycling.
• Obtain any necessary permits for bulk waste removal.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during the service.
