Pre-Service Preparation

• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (cleaning solutions, mops, brooms, vacuum, sponges, etc.)
• Remove all personal belongings and furniture from the premises
• Schedule the cleaning service date and time, ensuring access to the property

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Clean all kitchen appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) inside and out
• Scrub bathrooms thoroughly (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors)

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to ensure all areas are clean
• Check for any missed spots or areas that require touch-ups
• Confirm that all cleaning supplies and equipment have been removed from the premises

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with any local cleaning regulations or guidelines
• Check if a final inspection is required by the landlord or property manager
• Be aware of any specific cleaning services mandated by local tenant laws
