Pre-Service Preparation

• Schedule the cleaning date and time well in advance.
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (cleaners, cloths, vacuum, mop, etc.).
• Remove all personal belongings from the property.

During Service

• Clean all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and shelves.
• Vacuum and/or mop all floors, including carpets, hardwood, and tile.
• Clean appliances (inside and out), including the refrigerator, oven, and microwave.

Post-Service Verification

• Inspect all rooms to ensure cleanliness and completeness of the service.
• Confirm that all trash has been removed from the property.
• Check for any damages or maintenance issues that need to be reported.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Confirm any specific move-out cleaning requirements set by the property management.
• Review local guidelines for hazardous material disposal, if applicable.
