Pre-Service Preparation

• Confirm the date and time of the cleaning service.
• Remove all personal belongings and furniture from the premises.
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are turned on for cleaning.

During Service

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and ceiling fans.
• Clean all windows inside and out, including window sills.
• Vacuum and mop all floors, paying special attention to corners and edges.

Post-Service Verification

• Inspect all rooms to ensure no surfaces are left uncleaned.
• Check that appliances (oven, refrigerator, etc.) are thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
• Confirm that all trash and debris have been removed from the property.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Check if a final inspection is required by the landlord or property management.
• Verify if any specific cleaning products are recommended or required by local housing codes.
