Pre-Service Preparation

• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, paying special attention to sinks, toilets, and appliances.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walk-through of the area to ensure all surfaces are clean and free of dust.
• Check for any missed spots or areas that may need additional cleaning.
• Confirm that all cleaning supplies and debris have been removed from the site.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations for construction debris.
• Verify local health and safety guidelines for cleaning agents used.
• Check if a permit is needed for any cleaning services involving hazardous materials.
