- Assess the Site: Walk through the renovated area to identify specific cleaning needs and potential hazards.
- Gather Supplies: Collect all necessary cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, dusters, and appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Protective Gear: Ensure all team members are equipped with gloves, masks, and safety goggles to protect against dust and debris.
During Service
- Dusting: Start from the top (ceilings, light fixtures) and work your way down to prevent dust from settling on already cleaned surfaces.
- Surface Cleaning: Wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and baseboards, using appropriate cleaners for each material.
- Floor Cleaning: Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard floors to remove any dirt and dust accumulated during renovation.
Post-Service Verification
- Final Walkthrough: Conduct a thorough walkthrough of the cleaned areas to ensure no spots were missed and everything looks presentable.
- Check for Residue: Inspect surfaces for any remaining dust or cleaning product residue that may need additional attention.
- Client Approval: Get confirmation from the client that the cleaning meets their expectations and address any concerns they may have.
