Pre-Service Preparation

• Assess the area for potential hazards (sharp objects, debris, etc.)
• Gather necessary cleaning supplies and equipment (brooms, vacuums, trash bags, etc.)
• Notify occupants of the property about the scheduled cleanup service

During Service

• Remove all construction debris and waste materials from the site
• Vacuum and/or sweep all surfaces to remove dust and particles
• Clean windows, doors, and other fixtures to remove smudges and stains

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas are cleaned
• Check for any missed spots or areas needing additional attention
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are removed from the site

Local Requirements

• Adhere to local waste disposal regulations for construction debris
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during cleanup
• Obtain necessary permits if required for debris removal or special cleaning processes
