During Service
- Remove all debris and trash from the interior and exterior of the property.
- Clean all surfaces, including walls, floors, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning methods for each material.
- Address any specific issues noted during the pre-service assessment, such as mold, mildew, or pest infestations.
Post-Service Verification
- Conduct a final walkthrough of the property to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed satisfactorily.
- Take before-and-after photos to document the condition of the property.
- Provide a detailed report of services rendered, including any issues discovered during the cleaning process.
