Pre-Service Preparation

• Schedule the cleanout date and time with the client.
• Confirm access to the property (keys, codes, etc.).
• Prepare necessary equipment and supplies (boxes, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.).

During Service

• Conduct a walkthrough with the client to identify areas of focus.
• Remove unwanted items as specified by the client.
• Clean and sanitize the areas that have been cleared.

Post-Service Verification

• Review completed work with the client for satisfaction.
• Ensure all items removed are properly disposed of or recycled.
• Document the cleanout with before and after photos.

Local Requirements

• Dispose of hazardous materials according to local regulations.
• Obtain any necessary permits for large item removals.
• Follow local waste management guidelines for recyclable and non-recyclable items.
