Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Remove all debris and trash from the interior and exterior of the property.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walk-through of the property to ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.
• Check for any areas that may require touch-ups or additional cleaning.
• Document the cleaning service with before-and-after photos, if necessary.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
• Verify that any hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, old paint) are disposed of according to local guidelines.
• Check for any city permits required for cleaning services in vacant properties.
