Pre-Service Preparation

• Inspect the property for any hazards (broken glass, sharp objects, etc.)
• Gather all necessary cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, vacuums, cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure all utilities are turned on (water, electricity) for cleaning purposes

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces (shelves, countertops, windowsills)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs, and floors)
• Vacuum and/or mop all floors, including carpets and hard surfaces

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to ensure all areas are cleaned
• Check for any missed spots or areas that need additional attention
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are removed and disposed of properly

Local Requirements

• Obtain necessary permits for cleaning in residential areas.
• Adhere to local waste disposal regulations for any debris or hazardous materials.
• Follow any specific health and safety guidelines mandated by local authorities.
