Pre-Service Preparation

During Service

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, and light fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Vacuum and/or mop all floors, ensuring to reach corners and under furniture.

Post-Service Verification

• Conduct a walkthrough of the property to ensure all areas have been cleaned thoroughly.
• Check for any lingering odors and address them as needed.
• Confirm that all cleaning equipment and supplies are removed from the property.

Local Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local waste disposal regulations for any debris or cleaning materials.
• Verify that cleaning products used are in accordance with local environmental guidelines.
• Check if any permits are needed for cleaning vacant properties in the area.
